This is an absolutely spectacular Specimen Japanese Maple Bonsai which displays excellent design with phenomenal styling.
The nebari (root exposure) is truly exquisite, they act as an incredible support system for the tree yet create a harmonious link between the tree and the pot. These roots are extremely powerful and naturally lead your eyes up to the trunk which displays wonderful features and aged texture.
The details throughout this bonsai are beautiful. Each different feature and texture adds even more character to the tree; the hollowed feature is fantastic.
The strong trunk supports perfectly proportioned branches with excellent positioning, these branches support pretty leaves through 3 seasons. Once the leaves drop for winter, you can truly appreciate the lovely branch structure.
