The Chinese Sweet Plum is a fantastic indoor beginners variety which displays a red-toned twisty trunk and vibrant leaves. During summer, this bonsai grows russet-toned foliage and small purple plum-like fruits once matured at around 8 years old! This 8 year old bonsai comes potted in a navy blue ceramic pot, supplied with a dark coloured drip tray. We have also included a care kit consisting of a pair of scissors and a bottle of feed. To finish the gift, we have added a “Special Sister” wooden hanging tag.

The Chinese Sweet Plum, or Sageretia theezans, symbolises protection, creativity, new life & warm wishes.
