Why is my order being delivered early? Why you may receive an early delivery.
If you have booked delivery for a Sunday or Monday, there is a slight chance that DPD will try to deliver a little early. This is because they are struggling to keep on top of the increased volumes, and are using weekends to try and keep ahead.
However, if this is not convenient for you, you can use the DPD notification that you have received to change the delivery date back to the original date, so you are in complete control.
To change the delivery date:

Firstly, click on the ‘Show My Options’ button on your DPD notification
Next, click on the ‘Change This Delivery’ button
Then, click on ‘Change My Delivery Date’
Select the original delivery date to move it back to then

We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any bonsai after 7 days of delivery. This is because they are live plants and we find that after this time they have been out of our care for too long.
However, we are always here to help; if you have any questions about your bonsai, please send us some photos. Thank you for your understanding.
