Where is my order?

We regret that we can’t 100% guarantee a delivery date, but almost all bonsai are delivered on time. If you have ordered a bonsai, we will use DPD to deliver you order. DPD will notify you on the morning of delivery of the 1 hour delivery slot, so you will know when to expect your parcel. They will message you either by text or email so kindly check your messages.
We send out a lot of our bonsai accessories by First Class or Second Class Royal Mail. All orders will be dispatched on the day of purchase, but please allow a few days for delivery depending upon the option you have selected as Royal Mail sometimes take a little longer.

We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any bonsai after 7 days of delivery. This is because they are live plants and we find that after this time they have been out of our care for too long.
However, we are always here to help; if you have any questions about your bonsai, please send us some photos. Thank you for your understanding.
