When will my order be delivered? Bonsai Direct delivery.
We offer a FREE next working day delivery to England, Wales, and Glasgow & Edinburgh postcodes in Southern Scotland. Just order before 3:30pm for FREE next day delivery. You can also choose your preferred delivery date on the calendar in the checkout! We also offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries for just £8.99! If you need your order quickly we offer morning deliveries (before 1pm) for a small delivery charge of £8.99.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland takes a minimum of 2 working days. You can choose the date.
If you enter your email or phone number at the checkout, you will get a notification on the morning of delivery. This will advise you of your one-hour delivery slot, so you know exactly when your order is arriving.

We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any bonsai after 7 days of delivery. This is because they are live plants and we find that after this time they have been out of our care for too long.
However, we are always here to help; if you have any questions about your bonsai, please send us some photos. Thank you for your understanding.
