We offer FREE next working day delivery on all orders over £30 to:

  • England
  • Wales
  • Southern Scotland (including Glasgow and Edinburgh postcodes)

✅ Or choose your preferred delivery date at checkout
You’ll also receive:
🚪 Options to reschedule or leave in a safe place

📨 Orders Under £30

For smaller orders, we use Royal Mail:

  • Second Class – Free
  • First Class Tracked Delivery – £3.99 upgrade

📅 Premium Delivery Options with DPD

For even more convenience, you can upgrade your delivery:

  • Morning Delivery (before 1pm) – £8.99
  • Saturday or Sunday Delivery – £8.99

You’ll also receive:

  • 📱 Text notifications with a 1-hour delivery slot
  • 🚪 Options to reschedule or leave in a safe place

🌄 Delivery to Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

We deliver to these areas for a flat rate of £7.99, with a 2 working day service.

This includes:

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Postcodes: AB31–39, AB40–56, IV, KW, PA20–78, PH1–50, HS, KA27–28, ZE, IM, BT

We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any bonsai after 7 days of delivery. This is because they are live plants and we find that after this time they have been out of our care for too long.
However, we are always here to help; if you have any questions about your bonsai, please send us some photos. Thank you for your understanding.
